Community Ownership Fund

The £150m Community Ownership Fund (COF) exists to help communities across the UK to take ownership of assets at risk of closure. Round 4 Window 2 is the final chance to apply for the fund.

The final application window will open on 30 May 2024 and will close on 26 June. No further applications can be submitted to the fund after this date.

Successful projects from Round 4 Window 1 will be announced prior to the closure of Round 4 Window 2 so unsuccessful applicants can reapply.

We can provide initial advice to all interested applicants to determine whether a project is eligible to apply to the Community Ownership Fund and help you to submit an EOI (expression of interest) form to the funder (DLUHC).
