What is this guide and who is it for?
The purpose of a disciplinary procedure is to ensure that all employees maintain the required standards of conduct and work performance. It is also to guarantee that all staff and volunteers are treated fairly and equitably. This model covers a range of areas from types of disciplinary action, to implementing effective procedures, to appeals.
Although written for Cooperatives, this resource will be of use to all employers.
