Making Community Assets Work – Portsmouth
Peter Ashley Activity Centre, PO6 1BJ
Friday 24 Mar 17 10:30 am - 3:00 pm
Join us for an insight into running a fabulous and historical community asset in Portsmouth and how it works.
Delegates will visit and hear about the Peter Ashley Activity Centre, which was established 1981 and restored derelict shells of two 19th century Victorian forts, and brought them to life. Today they offer a wide range of inclusive, diverse and accessible facilities, activities and learning opportunities.
The event is open to everyone, including established charities/enterprises delivering services, new and ambitious organisations, and organisations who assist through grant and support programmes.
